Seawaves MidWings are lightly seasoned with basic spices to bring out and compliment the natural sweetness of the meat. Coated with a special blend of batter and cooked, the resulting product is crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Easily prepared and suitable for everyone, it promises to satisfy even the toughest cravings.

Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
DEEP FRY: 4 to 5 minutes in 175°C oil temperature, PAN FRY: 10 to 12 minutes until product turns golden brown, OVEN BAKE: 12 to 15 minutes at 200°C
