Mahi-Mahi Fish Fingers Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Seawaves Mahi-Mahi Fish Fingers (for 2 sets of sandwiches)
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tartar sauce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Unsalted butter

 


Directions:

  1. 1 Air fryer the Seawaves Fish Finger for 5-8 mins, 180°C.
  2. 2 Heat up the pan over medium heat, add unsalted butter, and toast the bread for each side, set aside.
  3. 3 Place lettuce on top of bread, followed by cheese, fish fingers ,tartar sauce and the other bread
  4. Place the assembly bread in pan for 30 seconds, to melt the cheese.
