Mahi-Mahi Fish Fingers Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Seawaves Mahi-Mahi Fish Fingers (for 2 sets of sandwiches)
- 4 slices of bread
- Lettuce
- Tartar sauce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Unsalted butter
Directions:
- 1 Air fryer the Seawaves Fish Finger for 5-8 mins, 180°C.
- 2 Heat up the pan over medium heat, add unsalted butter, and toast the bread for each side, set aside.
- 3 Place lettuce on top of bread, followed by cheese, fish fingers ,tartar sauce and the other bread
- 4 Place the assembly bread in pan for 30 seconds, to melt the cheese.
