Our curry samosas use fresh potatoes, onions, green peas and most importantly, an authentic Indian curry blend of herbs and spices to give them an irresistible aroma and maximum taste. Advanced, low oil absorption pastry allows eaters to savor the rich taste without the unpleasantly heavy feel often associated with curry pastry product.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
No need to defrost, deep fry in oil (170°C) for 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown and serve.
