Cooking Methods 食用方法:
> >【Boil】 Add more than two-thirds of the water to the pot, boil water, open the dumpling package, without thawing, put an appropriate amount into the pot; cover and cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat; open the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
【煮】锅中加入越三分之二的水,煮至水沸,打开水饺包装,无需解冻,适量放入锅中 ;加盖,中火煮约2分钟;打开锅盖,中火继续煮2分钟即可。
> >【Steam】 Open the dumpling package without thawing; after the water boils, cover it and steam it for about 4 minutes.
【蒸】打开水饺包装,无需解冻;水沸后,加盖隔水蒸约4分钟即可。
> >【Fry】 Unpack the dumplings, defrost the dumplings, add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, and fry on medium heat for about 1 minute; when the bottom of the dumplings is light yellow, add about 150 ml of water; cover and fry until the water is dry and the bottom is golden brown.
【煎】打开水饺包装,稍微解冻,锅中加入适量的油,中火煎约1分钟;饺子底部浅黄色时,加入约150毫升的水;加盖煎至水干,底部呈金黄色即可。
