Seafood Pan Fried Mandu 韩式海鲜锅煎方饺 390G
The Pan-Fried Mandu is filled with shrimp, squid, tuna, chives, green onion, glass noodles, and tofu. Its unique flat rectangular-shaped design is meant to increase the surface area of the dumpling making it ideal for pan frying. The green hue of the mandu skin owes its appearance to the aromatic green laver powder it is made out of. Combined with the rich mix of seafood, this mandu makes for a flavourful bite that holds a tinge of saltiness reminiscent of the sea.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
STEAMING: Add some water into the steamer, put in the dumplings and steam it with the lid closed for approx. 5 - 6 min. If neccesary, please note the operating instructions for the steamer. PAN FRY: Pour 2 tablespoon of oil into pan, heat and fry dumplings on medium heat for approx 4 - 5 min until the bottom of dumplings turn to golden brown.
