The Shrimp Gyoza is deliciously filled with the finest shrimp, squid, white cabbage, onions, pollock and tofu. This mixture of ingredients strikes a great balance between savoury and sweet. The delicate yet refreshing flavour is ideally steamed and served as a starter, side dish, or snack.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed do not refreeze.
PAN FRY: Pour 2 tablespoon of oil into pan, heat and fry dumplings on medium heat for approx 4 - 5 min until the bottom of dumplings tun to golden brown. DEEP FRY: Add enough oil in a pan or deep fryer and heat to approx. 170°C. Add carefully the dumplings and deep-fry for approx. 2 - 3 min until they are golden brown and crispy.
