MICROWAVE: Place dumplings in a heat-proof dish, sprinkle some water and mircrowave for 5 minutes. IN SOUP: Steam dumplings for 5 minutes. Boil meat and vegetable soup and add steamed dumplings into soup and boil for 1 minute.
